Companies Online

We are excited about “Companies Online”, the new Manitoba Companies Office online registry system. Members of the Smith Neufeld Jodoin LLP corporate department were invited by the Companies Office to be part of the soft launch in August, helping to test and work out any issues in the system before going live. The final stage of the system rolled out on September 20, 2017 and we are now able to perform a variety of business and corporation searches and registrations online. This will be helpful for those tight deadlines where the information may now literally be available at our fingertips!
