Biography

Ms. Mulholland works with financial institutions and private mortgage holders to implement risk management; enhance contractual provisions and legal operations; as well as enforce statutory and contractual legal rights.

As early as law school, Ms. Mullholland was committed to deep understanding, exceptional work, and fostering community. During law school she created a legal forum student group and was an elected member of the Manitoba Law Students’ Association. After graduation, Ms. Mulholland was a volunteer judge for the International Law Students’ Association Jessup Moot, reviewing both written and oral work from students across the globe.

Since, Ms. Mulholland has continued her contributions to the profession and has been published in both business law textbooks and mainstream magazines. She has served a number of administrative bodies, including the Residential Tenancies Commission as a Deputy Chief Commissioner.

Constantly striving to provide sound legal answers to questions, Ms. Mulholland tirelessly maintains a legal database and tailors her feedback to each client. Through her work with large accounting firms; commercial property companies (in Calgary); and financial institutions, Ms. Mulholland has cultivated a broad range of experience, from navigating simple legal questions to complex legal problems.
