Lindsay achieved her LLM (with merit) through the University of Edinburgh where she studied the impact of European regulation on Canadian organizations.
She has a law degree from the University of Manitoba and a B.A. (business major) through the University of Winnipeg.
Lindsay was called to the bar in 2011.
Arguably, her most formative education was from Steinbach’s Elmdale Elementary school (thank you Ms. Dyck).
Lindsay’s focus has been on the legal aspects of business operations (contracts, human rights, workplace safety and health, employment standards, advertising, intellectual property, and tax). Lindsay also has extensive experience with board and council governance.
Lindsay can ghostwrite letters, prepare contracts, and advise clients on the legal aspects of their operations.
